We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Appointments: While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend scheduling appointments to ensure prompt service.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Estimates: We provide written estimates for all repairs before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Additional Repairs: If additional repairs are needed beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Service Warranty: All repairs and services come with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified.
Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Battery warranties vary by brand and range from 2-5 years.

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 3 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. Vehicles left for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to applicable laws.
